    Full Size .380?

Anyone know of a good, full size .380? Not looking for a small gun, but a gun for my daughter. She likes my 9x18, but that ammo is a little hard to get. From what I read the .380 is about the same round, but much easier to find. Any ideas?

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Have you heard about the new corduroy pillows? They're making head lines!

Look for the Beretta 84 F Sometime the surplus ones show up on gunbroker. 14 rounds. SA/DA Nice guns. Like a 80% scale of a Beretta 92

    CZ-83. Same as a CZ-82 but in .380.

They just stopped importation of these, so you may want to snag one. Mags are the same as CZ-82.

+1 Can be found as Browning BDA, also.

Yep, the Browning is what came tio mind for me. I've never owned one but a buddy of mine has had one for a long time and has always like it.

If she likes Makarovs, she'd love this beauty in .380...
(I actually have 3 mags for it)

I really like the CZ83, but they stopped carrying them at J&G, where I got my CZ82. The Beratta looks good, but is pretty pricey. I just found out that they still make the CZ83, that one from Buds looks really nice.

    Thanks everyone for the input.

I've got one of those very nice pistols.

Ummm....you do know that the mags are the same regardless of whether it's a .380 or 9x18, don't you?

Not trying to be a smartass but the mags are all the same. I got a bunch of them back in the day when I had a Bulgy Mak they were dirt cheap then. Glad I did and hung on to them cause I noticed they've gone way up.

If you ever wanna get rid of the cheesy adjustable sight and make it better for CCW these guys have a fixed sight that's much nicer.

I had Browning BDA but sold it, nice gun but a bit of a bear to work on, the Makarov is much more user friendly.

Another big .380 is the Walther PK380 but the one I had was a real clunker and I can't recommend them.

...yes, I know the mags are the same.
What's "special" about mine is that they're brushed stainless.

Cool I didn't know they made stainless mags.

    Those are a rarity.

I seen one of the SS Maks at a gunshow those are cool, the guy wanted an outrageous price and wouldn't budge or I might have got it.
