    Purple handgun options?

My wife expressed interest in a purple revolver at Cabella's, a Charter Arms 38 Special+P which is excellent as she wants to get her CCW now, but not real interested as they are rated average. Wondering what other options are available in purple, revolver or pistol.

Charters are fine, just need a little break-in or polished up.

With a little spray paint, any gun can be purple...

KelTec has some different color options and I think Ruger and Taurus do as well but only on pistols, not revolvers.

Sig has their Rainbow Titanium finish on several models it gives them a purplish sort of tint.

This is the P238 a very nice little pocket pistol.

Yeah they're definitely proud of those.

That's why I got a Glock. You can get the Glocks in any color you want as long as you want black.

I'd burn off that paint first trip out to the range. If the barrel ain't smokin', you ain't shootin' fast enough!

They had OD green for a while. I guess they weren't selling well.

Yeah that's right, they used to offer a tan frame too. Not sure why they dropped the colors, just black now if you want a new one.

    I got an OD XD.

Well I got the Charter Arms .38 +P for her. This thing is tiny and slim and light! perfect for carry. The guy at Cabela's asked if it was a gift, I said yes for my wife, and he tells me I can't buy a gun for another person. He tells me I can buy a gift card and have her come back and buy it. I said BS in a nice way, I can buy a gun as a gift for anyone as long as I have no knowledge they're prohibited from ownership. I said parents buy their kids rifles all the time as gifts. He says wait a minute and goes check with someone, comes back and starts the sale and NICS, Surprising I wasn't delayed like I am 50% of the time.
I have small hands and this thing is pretty close to being a pocket pistol. Came with a lavender carry box $399 I think she'll like it. I'm glad she's finally talking about getter her carry permit.

    Well that is different.

I've seen pink guns but don't recall ever seeing one in Lavender.

    You sure that's for mama???
