Developed many years ago but finalized during the Clinton administration with Janet Reno , Psycho-tronic mind altering technology will almost certainly be used coming soon to "sway" public opinion ! Perhaps some big shootout at some very public place (killing many) , with the media chiming in to sway mothers against so-called un-needed weapons ! (Check O'Bummers new ban list) Semi-auto's , etc. , etc. .....How come the mind weapon ? Because it can make people do what they wouldn't otherwise do !!! Used during WACO to cause people to run back into the fire it's usage was finally declared a success !
