I title this one "I need a Makarov":

here's a sneak peek at something I'm almost done with.
Polish Underfolder complete with one of the new Polish magazines that Mr. UPS dropped off today.

Those polish mags I ordered were way too tight for my AKs. I'll have too file and sand on them to make them go in and out easily. And my rifles were imported as double stack, not modified in the US.

Just got this in the mail last week, Ruger Old Army made in 2002 i think, doesn't look like it was fired much.
Beautiful Ruger!!!
wow thats nice.
Skorpion, What model is your Glock and how many rounds for the mag pictured?
Is it a 17 with a 33 rounder?
Ruger does make some nice replicas.
here is my glock 19 017.JPG
That ones actually a factory finish, they called it glossy stainless or some such thing. My SP101 has the same finish.
I've got a feeling they used a little extra chrome in their recipe for the steel to get that shine. Both were purchased in the late '90s and I don't think Ruger offers that finish any more.
You can try buffing but I know I've never been able to get a shine like that from regular stainless.
