    WalMart ammo lookup tool

i ran across this on another board and wonder how accurate it is. maybe it will run on a smartphone or someone could put boots on the ground at a WM and run it remotely. by the time i got to the store they could have sold out of toilet paper.

pick your state and caliber and look it up. then force-check your particular store. right now it's saying there is some Tula x39 in my area.

so I misread the title and thought this post was about the "walmart ammo LOCKup tool" and thought someone found something that can unlock those damn cabinets

I just went to my Wally World and lo & behold there was Tula Ammo 7.62 and .223!
    (just like the Tool said)
    Only $5.17 a box!
Too bad there's a 1 box per customer limit.

Quick tip for those like me who haven't bought ammo from Wally world since this has all started:

Get there at 7:00 am to get the previous night's stock.

    Redacted.

I went in the store again today and lo and behold, there most of the stuff was.
They had 40, lots of 45, 3 boxes of 223(of which i commandeered 2 tulas for $5.75 a box, not too bad a price), numerous 9 mil boxes and even a 100 round box of Remington 38+p.

Guess it does work after all.

It's working well for my walmart. I was just in there and they had some Federal 9mm and some Tula x39. Checked the tool when I got home and that's what it showed.

The store does have various hundred pack shotgun shells in stock and the tool is not showing those. Possible they are not the exact load the tool is looking for.

Here, in JC, its not needed, because they simply don't have squat.
