Explanation ... YEAH! One plane went splat into the side of a concrete and stone reinforced building and the other one belly flopped after shearing off it's landing gear only to skid to a halt on dirt having slowly dissipated it's momentum. 100% different situation and result. Had that 777 run into the same type of building you would see the same lack of a plane and you wouldn't have 180 ish survivors. Like the Pentagon crash you would of had ZERO survivors.

Are you really that fucking stupid to think these two plane crashes are on par with each other? Fuck really get a fucking grip!

For such an intelligent guy he sure goes off the deep end sometimes when it comes to common sense and physics. Just to reinforce your post, one went splat at 500MPH into the building, the other was doing maybe 120-140 and was in a controlled landing.

Pretty shameful comparison coming from someone who claims to be an engineer (Krup, not you Schuetz)...unless he's the choo choo kinda engineer...

    Talk about a rough landing!

I always did think it was a little cadgey comming into SFO. From the pasenger's point of view it always looks like you're just about to splash down in the bay then out of nowhere the runway appears right below you.

The ever present SF winds usualy make touch down a bumpy ride as well. Just a couple feet worth of bounce is enough to send your gonads up into your chest. I can't even imagine how terrifying that grinding halt and spin filp in the air must have been. I bet those emergency slide smell like a port-o-potty now...
