So what are we to "deduce" from this video?

That all blacks are evil?

I find it much more disturbing that a little 3 yr old little girl has been left alone to face the tender mercies of the street, than I am by some black kids being little shitasses.

If we are attempting to take some sort of racial slant from all this I am much more ashamed of the neglect by the white girls mother than I am offended by the little colored kids bad behavior.

To totally ignore that this child is being neglected by her mother and focus on the bad behavior of children who happen to be black certainly requires a preference for a certain flavor of Kool-Aid as well.
