    The Fringist manifesto 2013 (unpublished)

The following documentation on this thread is not published as is, but is still copyright by owner with expressed consent to be shared.

    1. Describes the mindset of a person following under the rule of fringism.
The political views of a fringist are the protection and maintenance of principles and values and to be one of a nation of many. To live life as a soldier even without a uniform, to be a farmer even without a farm, to be a political figure even without a sense of leadership, to be a light in dark times even as the sun dims in the west. He is not greedy but he is cautiously generous, and only envies the poor. His mentality is as that it can happen tomorrow, his religion is that of his choosing and that he believes on to each other his own regardless of preferential views. When he is alone he is powerful; when with others he learns as too his fellow partner and are to open their minds. They vote as one and the laws they vote on are of the community and not of a collective. He believes only god can judge and that every soul is protected under the pretense of acceptance of the son of god. He does not convert religious indifference but leads on example and believes in common sense. When he sees a problem in the community he petitions to the congress to create a solution to cast a petition through the collective of the nation as a whole. To be such a person you have to break yourself to become a stronger individual than others perceive you; you will see the gyroscope and you will become the device that stands on your own individual power and free will and be an example to others on life.

    2. Describes cautious generosity in first person terms.
To be cautiously generous is to mean when out on the street he will ask you for a hand out, and you will ask him may he say for what he needs and he will answer with one of five things. If he says he needs a place to sleep let him stay in your home but have him tend to chores that may be needed done for you; then when you are satisfied with his work let him stay in a place on the property and let him build for his own. If he says he needs transportation to work let him borrow an unused vehicle if you have one; ride him to his business on the first day in your transportation. If he needs medications let him have the money to buy them. If he asks for food give him a five day supply. If he needs a certain tool, REGARDLESS OF NATURE; go to his house and work for him, when the time comes, teach him to use the tool you give him to its best purpose and ask of him to return your favor.

    3. Envying the poor.
When one is envious of the rich he is a sinner, but when he is envious of the poor he is virtuous. When he not wants more than he has but would be satisfied sleeping in a shack over his current luxuries, he becomes open minded to those that have but only such lax of luxury. He may lose his pride but by doing so sets an example of what a humble person should look like. And with his curse of abundance may use it use to create a blessing to those who are thus without. But he must also be aware that there are those out to take advantage of his envy of the lesser class; using his generosity against him, and then he will hand them the money from his wallet only to be spent on frivolities such as liquor, cigarettes, prostitution, or gambling. Then be cautious because they might become persistent.

    4. Describes the proper way to redistribute wealth.
The difference between socialism and fringism is the fact that people are not forced by a collective to redistribute wealth but do so under their own accord, and for capitalism the difference is that there is no consequence of being rich as long as there is a sense of cautious generosity. Teach your neighbor to fish, to hunt, to sew, to sow and plow, to cut wood or build a fire, and to cook. When you teach him to hunt or fish teach him not just the kill but teach him to clean and prepare the taken beast so he may cook, and teach him to sew so he may use the fur to clothe himself, and dispose of the innards to plow into the ground; then teach him to sow seed so he may not only feed himself but feed the neighborhood with good old fashioned basic life skills. And then they will see a world where they are not feeling alone nor scared of others.
It was never the role of the government to provide aid to a person who could not find work on his own; but the role of the individual to provide meager employment and offer life’s skills to the lesser classes through their own abilities. To best understand this mindset is to live for the lesser classes and to understand the individual needs of the lesser privileged in the community. Picking up this mindset and easing the burden of welfare to the upper and middle classes from the government will not be easy as many are reclusive and unwilling to initially pick this mindset up, but I believe it is possible if a leader were to suggest it as an alternative to a government provided entitlement.

    5. Describes the political outline for fringism.
The laws of fringism are the same as written by the founders of America but seen in a sense that the written laws should be scribed into crystal carbon; as to not be breakable because they may be seen with clarity and lack of confusion in order to protect them. They do not elect individuals to represent them as they represent themselves and view collective systems as a futile failure to govern a nation’s law.
When proposition eight was voted on in California gay marriage was legally voted to be illegal, but then the law was sent to the supreme court to be overwritten and did thus through a selected sub collective by the secular liberal progressive collective against the people of California, in fringism this would be a crime against the constitution.
And thus some people will view fringism as anarchy, but it is not. Fringism is not lawless but made of laws built by the people as a whole. It is only a state where the collective system is not in charge of passing laws; IE congress, parliament, regime, etc. and once you have an establishment of such a covenant and only then will capitalism be rebuilt to fulfill its fullest potentials; but these laws will need to have preconditions as any one idea can have other purposes than it has been prescribed for, and not all will be of good intent. With eminent laws in place to insure that the constitution cannot be eroded by progressive arguments; to do so against the people, the constitution of the United States is the same as that of fringism, but these eminent laws will make the law more transparent and hardened, to make it crystal clear that people who believe they are free are assured that they stay that way and know they will never be lied to otherwise. With the original United States Constitution read as if it were written in crystal carbon; the message of the divine province to the nation will sparkle like a bright diamond and beckon those who wish for freedom.

    6. Categorizes known political methods and describes singularity politics and separates fringism from anarchy.
A political circle is a linear arch consisting of all known political variants starting with capitalism in the center. On the left the liberal DNC and on the right is the conservative GOP. Further on the circle to the left is the socialist Marxism commonly associated with communism, and on the far right the socialist theocracies associated with Nazism, and the void in the top labeled as anarchy and or chaos.
Even though fringism has little government it does not lack law. In Somalia there is no law thus it is an anarchy state. If a murder occurs there are no police to apprehend the culprit or a judicial system to properly prosecute them. In a fringist state the police will carry out an investigation into any crime and do so under laws written and voted for by the population of the state, and criminals will be prosecuted to the letter of those laws as they do in today’s country of America. But even if the line between anarchy and fringism is paper thin, fringism may be viewed as a form of anarchy that will lead to chaos and lawlessness; but as we have seen, the United States is already in a state of chaos and lawlessness. A singularity of leaders has single-handedly corrupted the nation almost beyond repair. America is becoming no better than the Nazi party or the Soviet Union, the enemies of our past. And because of this creep into socialism it has become evident to me that collective capitalism is almost no better than the ways of any other political system. In order to insure that this new nation will become free once more from the tragedies of singularity politics, it must be made so that only the people of this nation can decide the future of their governing policies. “The only true solution in life is that there are no solutions”. The one true reality is that freedom can only be created when a nation lets people be as they are, and unfortunately people have differing views on exactly what that freedom looks like; even though however those ideas may differ from what liberates us for instance, some people see freedom in expensive cars and pet impracticalities; while others see an innocent farmhouse or a homestead ranch on a lush valley or prairie. Whatever these people dream none are able to accomplish these dreams without the means to do so as when we are slaves to the opinions of small groups of people who dump their opinions on the rest of the nation in order to make their dreams come true at the expense of those who made their money honestly. But we have the power to put an end to these practices of virtual theft, and to do this we must redesign the laws under a new banner that is in the complete authority of we the people, and must have our one vote counted individually and fairly.

    7. The thesis to the eminent laws written in the following sections.
To build this new government, it will subsequently have to be designed under a new world order, a new nation will need to be built from the ground up and need a new symbol of self-confidence. This new nation will have to ensure the people will be represented as a whole and protect the citizens from initial corruption with the use of eminent laws. The constitution must mirror and mock the original U.S. Constitution, as well as the Bill of Rights of the American design and be enhanced to be protected from progressive erosion. There will need to be a new system of money that has no face, and the nations bank will need to be innovated to create allocation for its members so that people can save and spend their money wisely; as well as make sure the wealth of the nation cannot be distributed from those who work to those who would rather rob banks. There will need to be a military with dedicated followers for who would never accept an order against another citizen of his or her nation. This military must be a new reconciliation of the citizens of this nation as a whole, to those who are willingly and are amply able to protect their nation. It is because of these needs that this new system will not rise easily, and because of this unease it is that to really grasp the need to the nation; the followers that run the epic notion will have to become creative and willing to describe the hardships to other people who may not know about the travesties they are living under. You must tell them that this has never been done before in any modern nation around the world. The only in the world to have ever implemented this political method in its best form was in pre-communist empyreal China, where the emperors did in fact listen to their own people.

    8. Again describes the failures of singularity politics.
In traditional singularity politics, people elect officials to represent the nation in the form of the senate and the House of Representatives. As of lately and often these people do anything but represent. They have been pushing for legislation to pass major spending bills that raise our debt, and print massive amounts of cash to pay it off all while raising the dollars inflation making it worth less and less, and most of these bills are passed against a majority of their own constituents. They are also obligated by corrupted entities often outside our own country to pass these laws with no regard for their consequences. These foreigners could care less if what they are doing is unconstitutional; but with fringism however, these people would be nothing more than criminals and should be prosecuted. The citizens of this nation would vote for or against what is to be or not be. This would no doubt ably do away with political colleges, nuclear options, dealing with corrupted foreign policy makers, and anonymous programs such as labor unions like SEIU. However this nation may not be able to just simply start from the top, individuals will have to willingly assemble as if they truthfully realized they are being silently betrayed by their government; but however, in order for these individuals to see light through the divine province; when they understand they are the key to the power within themselves to be free people, and to do this they need a symbol of this power.

    9. Associates the symbol for fringism.
A gyroscope is a simple machine that has an axis with a closed wheel in the center that spins to produce a centripetal force that causes the machine to stand as if the laws of gravity do not apply. This force is hard to move or manipulate as it creates a field of resistance. It is in this force that I have discovered equality within the synapses of the human mind, will power. “We are always revolving around the truth, we are always running in the direction of good faith, we are an unbreakable and unmovable unity and will, and we are bound by the laws of the will of the people”, The fringist pledge of allegiance. This is why I believe it would make the perfect symbol of freedom; but freedom is not free and all nations require a monetary system in order to be competitive in the world, but this money must be designed for this new nation with the intent to be viewed as what it is, as an idol.

    10. Describes the bank and currency of this new nation.
The paper money and coinage system adopted by this nation needs to be faceless, and this currency must be void of the images of political figures. The founding fathers of America were great and honest people; they built the American empire with good intent, but painting their images on paper and using them as idols to somewhat sully their purposes in history make these innocent men corrupted to no fault of their own. Years ago in America money was backed by gold or silver; now it is open as nothing more than monopoly money, making it corruptible through inflation and exploitation. The currency of this new nation must be etched in material assets, gold, silver, platinum, and other metal or mineral materials, and paper money must be tied to and protected by those materials. The central bank of this nation should be open to all citizens but be used sparingly. User citizen’s bank accounts should not exceed a limit to allocate funding for any project that may arise to the needs of the individual citizen. For example to take note; the person that makes a sum of money needs to keep a fraction of the portion he makes on hand. If but one leader exist in this nation he must work and labor as another citizen to reduce the need to burden the system with needless taxes, and only a fair tax state may be used at any given time if thus is needed, and these funds will be allocated to projects approved by the population in a local only vote. Limited bank accounts applied for by citizens that have a cap limit are primarily for financing or emergency purposes; for instance, one account may be solely dedicated to the owner’s home payments, while another account may fund home improvement, vehicle ownership or maintenance, fuel cost, groceries, retirement plans, and natural emergencies, and any other need to the individual. This method will be used to prevent greed and wasteful spending by banks; which should be halted by this new government; but however, not all corruption can be stopped initially by changing the financial system, for this there has to be preconditioning eminent laws to prevent certain corruptions that may come about in this new national system.

    11. States that the absolute law of fringism is one in the same with the bill of rights and the constitution.
“The constitution should be read as if it were written in crystal carbon”. With the manifestation of eminent laws implemented to ensure that the declaration of our constitution cannot be eroded away by progressivism or Fabian Socialism. Some will argue that the constitution requires no protection from another law because it is already the top law of America, but as witnessed this law can be interpreted in any manor a person wishes and thus can argue against them, such as the world war era presidents of American history. And thus, if this implement is not created as a proprietor of the constitution it will yet again be left open, and fringism has a very fine line between anarchy so if this idea fails it will be an absolute disaster that will never be able to be repaired. During the 2008 election, a criminal organization under the title of ACORN gave one individual voter registration seventy-three times, which is a clear example as of why a system of protection absolutely must protect the American voter from fraudulent misuse of the voting system. Many of these fraudulent voters had stolen identities, some from people who have died, and some from people who weren’t even legally in the country from the narcotic chaos state of Mexico. To fix this major exploit into the dignity of American individuality, this eminent law that is to be a guardian to the constitution will protect the public from abuse with a closed circuit identity to every legal individual, and make sure that leaked personal information cannot be used in abusive ways, and prosecute thus such abuses when exacted with criminal intent.
If but one thing needs to be changed to our constitution it should be an annex to the first amendment to ban the collusion of news and entertainment medias for the government or standing officials thereof. When our founding fathers designed the constitution they did not have the luxury of casting their brand to a particular party appointed mainstream media like we do today. Unfortunately as we have seen over the past twenty years MSNBC, CNN, Myspace, Facebook, and Hollywood have all but colluded to one party not only supporting, but defending their party never shining their party in a negative light, and mocking, demoralizing, and silencing those they do not agree with who may often times be right on key issues, All this to uphold political statuses that are often in the White House’s bank. The banning of collusion would greatly defend our constitution from erosion but not all will agree, but as it stands the collusion by news Medias is destroying our constitution by misinforming the public, so other than this everything else remains untouched and as it is supposed to be.

    12. Puts a statuesque between the government and the military and describes the role of the police.
If for some day in the future under the banner of fringism, their leader will come to them with an idea and tell them that the country will fundamentally transform, we will refuse, but in the past of many nations this action was not successful without latter bloodshed; usually by the militarized guard of that leadership. And therefore this nation’s military must be only loyal to the people first, the constitution second, and the leadership arm last. Any call from a leader to turn an armed force against a group of citizens of his own nation is worthy of ousting and prosecution under the act of genocide. And to insure that the military and the civilian population are in cooperation; the military and the civilian population must be one in the same it would put the 2nd amendment and the right to bear arms on a new level as any man or woman capable, willing, and fit to a degree the absolute chance to serve and protect his or her country. If this level of trust can be achieved than there should be no fear of retribution by an armed man to help them in times of crisis and war.
As for the police, the role stays the same as if they were in today’s country. When the presence of a squad of men is needed to serve individual counties and townships; law abiding citizens may participate in the war against crime in the community and they apply by the rule of law as the same as they thus do today.

    13. Describes the passing or trial of a law that may be passed or not.
To best understand the way that fringism works is to consider what would you do to change or improve your country, or do you not agree with it but have no say over it; thus when given such a chance to vote against a new documentation, you have not only a right but a moral obligation to oppose the documentations, IE law, bill, proposition, etc. To put a bill to a test, the nation will vote to pass or not pass the bill; then once the votes have been tallied, if the bill has not passed the approval across the country as opposed to a particular state; the state will have a 365 day trial period to see what the bill will do for the state, after that period there will be a revalidation vote across the country if the bill has been successful in the trial state; if not, the state is to repeal the bill and repay any losses occurred to citizens during that period at the states expense. If the rule for voting for a government official is replaced by voting on law under the same guidelines; then there absolutely has to be a system in place to keep the system from being exploited though the methods of fraud. A persons personal identity should be held to a sacred level, and no one outside the system should be given an allowance to evade the voter system, and nor should a group of individuals extort or hinder a person’s free will at a place of voting such as the Black Panthers in Philadelphia. To keep people safe and to create a system that is more secure to its citizens the idea of a closed circuit identity system might be implemented, this system is one card that has all one person’s information written in a magnetic strip in the top. This information once written into the card will have a photo and fingerprint ID and the information will only be accessible from the card which may contain only non-monetary status and can be used to replace large amounts of other identification devices, IE, SS cards, ID cards, drivers licenses, level of education, voter registration, diplomatic status, health information, and service status.

    14. Simplifies the immigration system to five year probation.
Like the United States, the new nation will have to deal with the growing problem of the illegal entry of foreigners, especially that of the state of Mexico. Major cartel insurrections in Mexico have driven thousands of immigrant refugees away from the murders and violence that have spilled into the southern border states of Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, and California on an all-day every day basis. Most of these alien refugees have no intent on harming anyone in our country, but with the desperation of poverty, and the fear that they may be deported if something wrong happens, and an ever present smuggling of drug, human, cash, and weapons across the border and back gives a time-tested preview of just how much work needs to be done in order to solve the madness that makes middle Americans feel less secure at night. One way to solve the immigration crisis would be to grant immigrants entering the nation a five year probation period until the immigrant can be classed as an immigrant citizen of the state. While the probation period is in effect if any standing law has been infractioned the person must be deported back to his country of origin, but after the five years has expired and the immigrant has abided by the law, he is now an immigrant citizen of the state; he will be granted the right to work, the right to buy a house, and the right to many other citizen benefits, and if an infraction occurs after the five years period the judicial system of the state will be responsible for the indictment handling.

    15. Footer.
If all of the goals of fringism can be met and maintained, if a new world currency and a bank can be established, if the constitution can be restored, maintained, and protected, if a military can be for the people, by the people, and of the people, and the people can vote to what they believe is the right path to the nation’s future, and know that their one vote will not be over written, over passed, or undervalued, and that there is a safe and moral way to deal with the doors to our land, that have been open to anyone with any intent. If all of this may be accomplished; then there will once again be a nation of cautiously generous and poverty envious individuals to open up their minds to those who have been secluded in loneliness and people may learn side by side, and may there be no regret when someone comes up short on their honest ideas and opinions.

"Statuesque" is an adjective, not a noun.

Is this one different enough from the last for me to even bother scanning it for comedy? I hope you read this one on you tube like you did the last one. That doubles the hilarity.

BTW, you do know its pretty hard to sell something that you've already made free on the internet, right?

Does anyone else tend to view the definition for manifesto as usually meaning "delusional rambling"?

    Yes.

I guess they think it's official sounding or something and thus makes up for the generally psychotic nature of their rants and schemes.
