Not even close to that number. The fine that they would have goten when the thing eventually leaked and killed the environment was the motivator.

That little rig incident with BP has cost them something like 50 BILLION... And right now they cannot even find any of the oil. The microbes ate it in the warm gulf waters, but that hasn't stopped this Administration from draining the oil company.
