    A cavity search too far

A man is suing after being subject to repeated illegal cavity searches.

    Suing isn't enough for that.

I would be filled with hate for those people for the rest of my life and wouldn't be satisfied until they had illegal amputations performed without consent.

Those doctors and officers should be forced to eat each others enema-results before being shot in the back of the head.

Sorry to be cruel guys, I just can't tolerate an out of control government torturing its own people with illegal, unethical, and unconsented to medical procedures.

What amazes me is the fact that it was done three times in succession. Judging by the flow three times, no wonder why he was squeezing his butt cheeks. Clearly the guy had to go honest boom boom in a big way. That may explain why he ran the stop sign.

Why would a private parking lot stop sign even constitute a moving violation?

Sounds to me like the original stop was even illegal...
We found out what "dealing" with progressive lefties is all about. Our side gives up something, they give up nothing and the progressives come back in a month or a year and want us to give up more... rinse and repeat...

I would agree. A drunk driver hit my brother in a Kmart parking lot, and the cops couldn't do anything since it was private property.

I would be suing for sure. He should own the town when done.

I am sure the doctor in question had ONE POINT TO MAKE. And he made it at least three times.

A good attorney will make mincemeat of everyone involved - especially those quack "doctors".

If all that is good and just were to prevail in this world, there would be extreme violence with no repercussions somewhere in that scenario.

It makes no sense doing it three times. It almost bordered on torture as in we have ways of making you talk.

    There was...

Extreme violence to his ass, and likely no repercussions for the doctors, officer, and judge.

I hope at least he gets to kick the dog or something...man's best friend my ass!

    Angry

The judge who authorized that search warrant needs to be disbarred, at the very least.

Someone who has such little respect for the constitution (namely the 4th Amendment) has no business serving on the bench in any capacity.

If anyone here has ever been through a medical enema. You know the first time that what comes out comes out. THE FIRST TIME!! No need for a second or a third. The last time that I had a colonoscopy. No need for an enema. Had the prep the day before. Stuff comes out clean. This guy deserves to get paid. Totally got fucked in this deal.

It doesn't. Police cannot enforce traffic laws on private property.

I'm a BIG believer in jury nullification. Any charges against a person making this right I would rule as "justifiable" and vote not guilty.

I certainly wouldn't vote to convict if on that jury.
