We all know Hillary will run for the communist party, but who do we have on the GOP side of the isle to counter her?
I am thinking with Russia's aggressive tactics that people might not want a Democrat or a woman running foreign policy. Unless we got a Boudica out there somewhere. I have heard some bring up Rand Paul's name a few times. What do you guys think of him? Anyone else you can think of that can give Chairman Hillary a run for her money?

I'm wanting Ted Cruz. Rand keeps getting some issues wrong in my opinion...
We found out what "dealing" with progressive lefties is all about. Our side gives up something, they give up nothing and the progressives come back in a month or a year and want us to give up more... rinse and repeat...
The one that is picked by CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, NEW YORK TIMES, BOSTON GLOBE, SACRAMENTO BEE, NPR..........

I like Cruz and Rubio. But they don't stand a chance of getting elected. Condi rice is my first choice, but she's too smart to want the job.
I think to stand a chance of beating Hillary, we're kinda left with Scott Walker, Bobby Jindal, and Paul Ryan. Dr. Ben Carson would be a good choice, but he's not well known. I don't like Christie or Paul at all, but I'd support them to keep Hillary out.
But let's wait until this year's election is over. There might be a "dark horse" that will come out of the woodwork in this years congressional elections.

Would not surprise me to see the GOP put up Cristie based on who they have been trying to shove down our throats in the last several elections.
As for Dr. Ben Carson, his name seems to come up quite often by those who do not know his record on the second amendment. I guess it would be ok since many people agree that there is no perfect candidate, so someone who is really good on other things would be given a pass on the second amendment.......
Not trying to bring religion into this sorry guys. But, Dr. Ben Carson will not run because he is SDA and they will not work on the Sabbath, they believe in separation of Church and State, do not support Blue Laws in any way shape or form and will not associate with the Vatican. His base support is SDA, and being POTUS would violate his beliefs and let his base down or cause a serious fluctuation in the church if they thought one of their own would be president. It could cause some offshoots to go apocalyptic, and create potential Waco type situations again. So that will not happen.
Not that I am putting the SDA down....they are good people and do a lot of great work world wide but they are generally neutral on politics, and fearful of Sunday laws, and the Vatican.
