The forming of "Human" rights groups to redistribute earned wealth is a Socialist ploy. Claiming the wealth belonged to some long dead ancestor is now protected by Federal authority. It is interesting that only minority populations are allowed these rights.
Can any Anglo claim property belonging to White settlers or soldiers on Federal Lands? Many Indian tribes own white scalps and weapons from the Indian Wars. Have they ever been arrested or ordered to return of these items to American families?
The guy was the type of person most people would be thrilled to call Grandpa. Not only was he proud of his collection, but he would open his house to people who wanted to see his stuff, almost running it as a private museum. He has been collecting his stuff all his life, which makes me wonder why all of a sudden our government wants to return the artifacts back to their politically correct owners, even if most have not been on the face of the earth for decades if not centuries.
There was some guy who had a ranch next to a national aprk and the park wanted his land. Seems "pot" was found growing on his land so he was raided, and shot and killed by fedz.

It is a Federal crime working under the radar. A few years ago some people were accused of stealing "Baskets" from NDN graves on Public lands. It resulted in 4 deaths and destroyed a large Arizona Food chain. The owner of the Food Chain had a valuable art collection confiscated which had nothing to do with the NDN grave issue. Very recently a fellow in Utah found a "Sharps" rifle. The Feds confiscated it and he is on parole for grave robbing. They claim they knew where the rifle belonged. "BS"
What happened to the property? All I can find is that a year later the ranch house burned down in one of the wildfires they had that year.
