Will do. It all depends on where we end up buying a house. Our backyard where we're renting is about the size of death row prison cell. I want to move out into the middle of no where and the old lady wants to be near the city for work. We'll see what happens...
Tell her its pork. LOL.

Oh heck. I'm sorry I didn't even open up this thread. I swear I read the title as "Fired Up The Pinto" and didn't have any interest in the old Pinto.
VERY nice work there. I'm getting hungry just looking at the pictures.
US Constitution: Article 1 Section 8 Paragraph 4
The Congress shall have Power To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization
There is an easy cheater method for this using clay flower pots. If you're interested look it up on You Tube. I think its Alton Brown.
Uh...no pics?
LOL @ Pinto. L1A1, you into the bbq arts? Hell its damn near mandatory in Texas isn't it?

Yesterday afternoon I was getting everything out of the fridge and the wife notices I had bought ribeyes and only ribeyes. Thats more cow than see wants to eat so she went to the store and got some fillets. Then my eldest strolls in informing me that he's taking his girl out to eat and to see a movie. I'm like okay, fine, whatever. Then he's whining for cash, fine, here, go. It was at this point I poured my first whiskey. So anyway, I did get some meat prepped for the grill.
Steamed and sauteed some asparagus and also in a different pan sauteed some mushrooms. Pretty good eats.
Very nice. Beef looks damn near perfect!

From the half beef we bought last year, the steaks are long gone. So I'm back to the butcher counter at Schnucks. If you buy from behind the glass you get prime cuts. From the cooler you get choice. I go with the prime for all of the obvious reasons.
Geeze, beef fillet is up to $21 per pound. While ribeyes are still under $6 per pound.
Some time in this coming week I need to do a couple slabs of ribs. Damn that sounds good.
