MSRP is $1950...as always, Dealer pricing is much lower.

Rumor mill is that street pricing will be $1550-$1650 (from a reputable dealer...we all know of ones who will charge MSRP)

Oh yeah! You got to love the guys who live off that MSRP! LOL I know a shop like that...they give you less that a pawn shop for your trade ins and then charge MSRP for all new products.

You guys really think that rifle looks good? I think it looks like an over-pimped SCAR wannabe.

    I prefer the plain look......

Seams very bulky for what it is. Lots of extra plastic.

Looks good? Maybe, maybe not. I still think a good lookin rifle should be made from blued steel and walnut. As stated above I do think the Beretta is interesting. I don't have any firearm in 5.56x45 and have been looking for one. Up until this offering from Beretta the only "none AR style" I was considering was a Sig. To be perfectly honest I could probably cover my bases with a Mini-14 and get the wood and steel I like but that seems kind of mundane.

I'll stick to the basic Colt LE 6920.

    Sling, ACOG and extra magazines.

No laser light, floodlights, fore grips, drums, raccoon tails or mudflaps.

    +100

I had a buddy that had more stuff on his AR than Barbie has accessories. Thing was way to cumbersome!

Looking forward to the NRA convention here this Friday.

Number one on my list is to ask the folks at the Beretta table "Where's the ARX100!!!"

What it really is, is small. You are a big guy like me, you will find the stock to be horrendously short in the pull. Although I don't have a Sig 556 rifle I do think they are a great rifle. I personally settled for mid length gas system AR rifles converted to piston operation. So far they seem to be working but with the price of ammo and the lack of components I am not exactly wearing them out at a range.

Hummm, looks like a Beretta Storm wannabe with a needle dick. Don't like the looks at all. Standard format issue is fine with me.

I might add a Tavor to the line-up. This thing has nothing to offer me over the ARs I already have.
