Just a heads-up.......It's Wednesday night and that means cigars and bourbon on the back porch!
WooHoo!
Easy fella, it's not night time yet!
A man can dream, can't he............
yup...just sit on the porch with some welding goggles on, it'll get dark.
Screw wait in' for dark. That's 830 here. I'm all over it!
Herrera Esteli with some Four Roses Single Barrel OBSV at 62.3 ABV, proofed down
to 55. I got the medicine syringe out and everything. Oh, yeah. I'm anal!
Just getting off work. CAO Brazilia for me. Can't drink since I'm on back-up. We do have about 15 gals of salmonberry wine starting to ferment right now.

Hey Stan,
Yes they are. The commercial season is going right now. We are a little concerned about the pinks as we've had an unusually dry summer and the creeks are low. I haven't had a chance to get any fish yet because the boss is out of town and we're working 12hr shifts. When he gets back we'll take his skiff over to the lagoon and drag a gillnet across it. I'll get my yearly supply and gifts in one roundhaul.
Other than being a little overworked, I'm doing well.

Good to hear from you!
Another 4Roses tonight. OESV, 9 years 8 months old at barrel proof, which is 58.0%.
Enjoying a CyB with it.
It's Wed night, so you know where I am....
Got some Stagg, Jr, 1st batch, which is at a STAGGering 134.4 proof.
Proofed down to a manageable 110, which is almost 25% more water!
CyB Lonsdale, my favourite size.
Back on the Four Roses OBSV, which is the higher rye content of the two, with a Fernandez Puro Authentico tonight.
80 degrees on the back porch but with the ceiling fans going and the stick fan going, quite pleasant really.
