    I don't know a thing about new-fangled fancy-type slings.
I am really liking this one right now for a light weight carbine.

But! I have found depending upon the weight of said carbine or heaven forbid a rifle, and how you have the sling mounts set up, and your physical size, and your clothing and your kit set up due to climate/terrain...ETC ETC

Only you can figure out the perfect sling yourself...

I would disagree with that statement. It allows you to point the weapon from behind a will, fire it but not expose much of your body while doing so.

If you do it right even your hands won't be exposed.

I like the Magpul Angled ForGrip (AFG). It feels very natural to me.

Now you just need one of these:

"I'm fucking furious, I'm violently angry, and I like it. If you don't know what that feels like then I feel bad for you"

A 2 point sling doesn't prevent you from pie-ing corners or utilizing cover. You can also wear it just around your neck like single point and still maintain the option of slinging it around your body.

Hahaha...I'm a jack ass sometimes. I thought he was talking about switching shoulders with a 2 point.

    My apologies.

No problem bro. I did the same thing earlier! I'm already looking at two points online now. And VTAC has got some good ones.

My 2 cents is a thumbs up.

My personal home defense AR15 has a vertical front grip as well, much easier at least for me to preform room sweeps while having a firm grip for and aft.
