Looks like a direct knock off of the Bulgarian mag. Shame my out of business company didn't get to launch the one we just finished the design on when the hammer came down. It would be better than the Bulgarian.

Looks promising. This just might push Magpul to get it's steel reinforced AK mag out sooner!

Having actually destroyed a Bulgarian Circle 10 mag, it looks like they pretty much copied the steel reinforcements of the Bulgarian magazine. A Bulgarian mag has a lot of steel in it. IMO more than it really needs. There is a very heavy curved piece that runs down the front flat of the magazine and they have some metal down at the floor plate area on each side. The natural curve of the mag makes it strong enough it doesn't need that metal insert down the front. The metal in the bottom of the mag does not form a hoop, it is simply two flat pieces, one on each side. Does nothing to strengthen the mag IMO.

Got one and so far I like it! Works in all my AK's with no problems! For a polymer mag this should give the Waffle/Bulgarian mags a run for there money! Especially the price! Going to get some more. Range time in two weeks to see how it goes. Very happy so far.
