What do you guys think about the US getting involved on the ground and in the air over there?
Reason I ask is there are unsubstantiated rumours that US troops, planes, and warlike materials are being sent over there right now. I find it completely within character for 0bama to mess around in something insane like this, getting patriotic Americans killed and captured for nothing more than satisfying his hatred of the USA.
"And how we burned in the camps later thinking, what would things have been like, if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain, whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family?"

If the Russian Ukrainians want to secede and become part of Russia, who are we to say they can't? Afterall, we've already set the precedent for various disgruntled ethnicities around the world to declare their independence, sovereignty or alliances to other countries by butting into Bosnia, Serbia and Kosovo, and voiced support for the establishment of a Kurdistan and a separate Palestinian state.
I just hope that one day when we Alaskans decide we've had enough of L48 and feral govt d-baggery and demand autonomy, the feral govt is as accommodating to us as they have been to other countries and groups.
