First I have to ask why anyone would believe a seal would disparage other seals or why you guys believe he would? 2nd, since they have depositions from Kyle, the suit obviously was started prior to his death so this suing the widow nonsense is just that.

What did it for me was the story that Kyle told where he claims to have killed two car-jackers and then his claim to sitting on top the stadium in New Orleans picking off random armed Americans. Both claims are ludicrous.

It is murky because everyone was drinking so their remembrances of the night in question are not quite clear. I doubt anyone, even the eyewitnesses, know what actually happened.
