We found out what "dealing" with progressive lefties is all about. Our side gives up something, they give up nothing and the progressives come back in a month or a year and want us to give up more... rinse and repeat...

More evidence of media bias. I had read small snippets in stories that the officer "claimed" that he had been assaulted but that was about it. If the media were truthful this would be front page news instead of ignored.

The media and the race hustlers won't walk this back. They haven't admitted yet they were wrong on the Trayvon fiasco.

I'm pretty sure if I got punched hard enough that it literally broke my damned head, that I'd go into full blown survival mode and empty a mag into the perp if still able. Which is exactly what happened.

Actually it is amazing at how many people and reporters are trying to draw parallels between Trayvon Martins "murder" and this shooting, missing totally the parallels of how both people died while violently attacking another human who happened to be armed.

As long as the government and the media keep pushing this way of thinking, people will continue to buy into it.

True, I wonder if a 45acp would have stopped him quicker. Might be time for the PO-lice to do a caliber change.

This whole Ferguson thing is to take attention away from the border.

I believe it is important based on the actions of the people there (riots, looting) but I also believe the MSM is happy to have something else to report on so people forget about the border.

Oh heck, going to play that stupid caliber game. So if the officer had a .45ACP, the first (assuming they were the first) shots to the arm would have prevented the need for two to the head, right? Assuming the officer was as accurate with the .45 as he was with the 9mm, the nice college bound boy would not be any less dead.

    A salient point.

However, the reason thousands of people are peacefully protesting is because both incidents likely only started because someone was walking down the street while being black.

From their point of view, things only went the way they did because these young men were black, and by being black were subject to higher scrutiny, less or no politeness in dealing with them, and the automatic assumption they were up to no good.

Apparently if the attacker is black, then whites and white hispanics should just take their killing quietly.

Incidents like these are why people are buying guns and getting concealed carry licenses. Its obvious that feral blacks are growing in number and starting to come out of the hood. You either arm yourself or become a potential victim. As usual, thanks, Democrats.

Not trying to get off topic but the current stopping power debate and gelatin testing variations (e.g., covered with denim) do not take into consideration the effect of a large heavy bullet hitting bone.
