is his intent to get our people sick in a perverted way of decreasing the number................
I have been thinking about this post for almost 24 hours.

I can not find any other answer but yes.

Kadmos what happened to the hundreds of people who WERE caring for them ?

By 6 September 2014, 4,293 suspected cases including 2,296 deaths had been reported, however the World Health Organization has said that these numbers may be vastly underestimated.[116] Additionally the outbreak has resulted in more than 120 healthcare worker deaths partly due to the lack of equipment and long hours.[117] On 8 September 2014, WHO warned the number of new cases in Liberia was increasing exponentially, and would increase by "many thousands" in the following 3 weeks.[118]

Apparently, they will be setting up 1700 beds for sick people, and help train hundreds of people how to care for them.
Our military is going over to West Africa to train people to empty bedpans and perform basic sanitation such as hand washing and yet people here want to bring back the draft. The mind boggles.

I can't see the need to send Three Thousand troops to set up 1700 beds. Of course, I could be wrong.

our military is not GOING to west Africa, they are being sent. to do the things that are common sense. I am the people that brought up the draft. I say send the unclean to tend the unclean. maybe that was not sensitive but..

What a slap in the face of our great military that King Barack believes their best use is to set up hospital beds. And who is going to train our soldiers, who are trained for war, how to train others to care for people with Ebola?

Why send military over to do what hospital workers, or relief workers should be set up to do? Skip the middle person (military) and send the "trainers" over directly if that is truly needed.

If the doctors and nurses can't prevent themselves from being infected, the soldiers are screwed.

None of which is an appropriate job for our military. It's time for the military leadership to say no to dear leader, but nobody's had the balls for that since the Admiralty tried to stand up to Truman's idiocy.
