this was found 2 miles from his wrecked jeep. this guy has eluded for ten days. that rifle was deposited there 9 days ago, i'd be willing to bet on that. the ak was never meant to be used.

Either the cops moved the rifle and mags for a photo op or they were placed where they were very deliberately. Almost like he left the mags and rifle at an ambush point.

If he was sleeping under the trees at night he would likely be caught by now but this is the Poconos. Thousands of cabins vacated this time of year. They thought they had him after a break in report, turned out to be a bear. Mostly he has been making it on luck so far as he is far from crafty. After initial ambush Troopers formed rescue party and put up suppressive fire into wood line still not knowing his location. "Sniper boy" broke and ran, drove off in jeep without lights an got stuck in pond. Fled leaving his ID behind. Great prep for a survivalist, just a putz with an elevator restricted from the top floor

Agree. This asshat has been surviving more on on dumb luck than any real survival skills & soon that luck is going to run out.

he has probably already shot himself in the head. They just haven't found his body yet.

I wonder if, or how much of this, this is a fabrication along the lines of newtown.
"And how we burned in the camps later thinking, what would things have been like, if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain, whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family?"
