Copper Oxide all over the inside of my AK?

I suppose this is more of an ammo question, but fuck it.

I was doing some gun cleaning yesterday, and saw my bore, gas tube, crown, inside of my slant brake, and the end of my piston looking the color of the statue of liberty! I don't clean my AK often other than a little Remoil for rust prevention, but when I do it's just a bunch of black carbon build up. I usually shoot Wolf/ Tulammo, but a couple weeks back I shot a bunch of Ukranian Sadu ammo. The stuff with green sealant around the primer and case neck. I have to wonder if they are using some copper in their powder or some shit, because I can think of no other reason for green rust to be showing up in these areas, as I wouldn't think copper fouling in the barrel would really be getting shoved through the gas block and into my tube and piston.

A little Hoppes 9 and some bore brushes took it right off.

Almost sounds like corrosive ammo, but read up on it and description says non-corrosive.

When I purchased it was labeled non corrosive... But so was a few boxes of old Norinco rounds I'd purchased, but they just outright rusted the damn thing (which I fortunately caught in time).

No copper in gun powders. It is vapor deposition of the jacket copper IMO. I've had this on other weapons over the years.
