Hmm. That could go either way. Still, I'd like to see it happen. ....I think. I'm just concerned about it setting a bad precident.

How is it a "bad precedent"? It is the DUTY of the Congress (as part of our government "checks and balances" system) to handle a national problem such as 0bama. If Congress fails to do that job, then it falls to We, the People to do it.
