    Saving HMS Caroline: The last surviving World War One warship

    18 October 2014 Last updated at 10:14 BST

    The last surviving warship from World War One is to be turned into a museum, after receiving more than £11 million from the Heritage Lottery Fund - the largest grant it has ever given in the UK.

    It is hoped that HMS Caroline will be welcoming visitors in time to mark the centenary of the role it played during the Battle of Jutland in 1916.

    The BBC's Ireland Correspondent Chris Buckler has been on board to find out more.

    I don't think its the last ship from The Great War ,I think there's one in St. Petersburg Russia called Aurora, in Russian it's spelled ABPOPA .

    And not only the Russian ship there are likely a lot of others remaining, maybe they meant last of of her class, wich seems to be about the size of a small destroyer. Anyway here's a ww1 vet they're opening to the public;
