It's funny. Asian carp has a bad rep because of confusion with the indigenous common carp, which has a muddy taste. The Asian carp doesn't bottom feed and has a clean taste like COD or TILAPIA. Since it is an invasive species and apparently GOOD TASING, I can't see why people don't eat it more.

That's pretty dumb, but why don't people just call them by their actual names. All carps throughout the world originated in Asia anyway. Even the common goldfish is a type of carp.
    grass carp
    common carp
    silver carp
    largescale silver carp
    bighead carp
    black carp
    common goldfish
    crucian carp
    mud carp

That's probably a SILVER carp. They tend to jump. Other Carps like the Bighead Carp don't jump into boats.

Around here boaters get broke noses with regularity from leaping carp.
"And how we burned in the camps later thinking, what would things have been like, if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain, whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family?"

At least he didn't grenade himself in the ass like John "Swift Boat" Kerry did.
