Ok, did I miss it? Nearly 9 minutes of video and nothing happens.
Half a dozen people walked by and apparently didn't see anything weird, no confrontations, nothing.
Sorry but it seems to me some old white guy saw a brown man and had some sort of panic attack.
Why would a ballot box be sitting six feet from the door, where someone can screw around with it for 8 minutes without anyone giving a crap?

Seems unlikely. Why not call the police? Or security? Why just file for the video and release it without any comment from the police or from the elections board, or from the CBA who it appeared the man may have worked for?
The whole thing is one guys word, and a video that really doesn't show much of anything.
Considering the incident happened 2 months ago one would reasonably expect a bit more thorough reporting.
