This is not a surprise. What is, and unfortunately is not, a surprise is how this is not being investigated by the press. I mean, now the President is trying to claim executive privilege over e-mails to AG Holder's wife? How does that work? She is not a federal employee and as far as I can tell she is not on the President's staff. Where is anyone, other than Judicial Watch, trying to get answers?

I still stick by my prediction at the end of Obama's rein, there will be a blanket pardon for Holder whether he faces charges or not. I wonder what the regime defenders on this board are cooking up as excuses?
