Yeah, MA is insane with their rules, and a lot of New Englanders are over PC.

Sounds like lawsuit time to me. If it was my kids I would already have a good lawyer on the line.

The parents should file a 1st Amendment infringement law suit on the School system and each dumb-ass that participated in harassing these kids.

Um... excuse me, but where does ANYONE have ANY right to care about what a person does in their own home?

Even if they were posing with REAL firearms... as long as the weapons were legal in that state I don't see where anyone has any right to do ANYTHING, let alone suspend the kids.

I hope the parents sue and win big. This anti-gun BS has got to be stopped and punished.

If you can't see the link, at least here's the photo the school wet themselves over:

OH now I know why... the kids are white. Probably Christian too. Makes 'em "terrorists".

Not the school, but the individuals that infringed on those kid's first amendment rights (as well as fourth amendment and probably others too).

Sue the school and the taxpayers pay.

Sue the individuals and they learn a hard lesson.

The individuals acted as school officials, taking action at the school for what happened outside of a school setting Krupski. I believe suing the officials in question would be suing the school system.
