    What were you for Halloween?

    Me. Ebola Emergency Response Team.

    Everything was purchased separately.
    Probably spend $65 on everything.

The thing above the sticker is a light stick to light it up... Blue light sticks don't put out too much light, it didn't work.

The suit makes me look fat.

I dig it. How were you able to breathe in that thing though?

    The hood is separate.
The hood had this large external filter attached that I cut off. I can breathe through the filter hole and from around the neck seal that I also cut off.

I wanted to get one of the full body suit but the prices were either through the roof ($2000) or the shipping on what I could afford was going to be incredibly slow and miss Halloween.
I was going to get a small fan and pressurize the suit.

I went as Dad. My three-year old was traumatized by a very cool "house of horrors" and had to carry her for about two blocks before she recovered.

    Went as a "Grandpa"

Took pics of the grandkids in their costumes and gave them all candy.

I had the same costume but 10 years younger.

Handed out exactly 2 twix bars to one girl who was maybe 12 and apparently either didn't wear a costume or was dressed as a typical 12 year old. At least she was very polite.

I now have a full bag of mini Kit Kats and 98% of a bag of Twix....guess I ain't getting any thinner

We had a total of 4 kids, that includes my next door neighbor kid.....Needless to say those 4 kids got a lot of candy since we had bought two big bags and it was getting late.... Left maybe half a bag for us three at home.

Lucky kids, If I'd have know she would be the only one I would have just handed her both bags (minus a bar or two for me). She showed up before it even got dark, so I expected more.

I was dog sitting over at my moms, didn't know if there would be kids or not, nice area, but the place was dead quiet, total non-event.

Left me wondering if the whole Trick or treating thing is dying off, most houses had porch lights off, few decorations, maybe a few pumpkins, most not even carved, was pretty pathetic.

A lot of paranoia over poison candy still exists. The town has a main street Trick or Treat event so I think a lot of the households just take their kids there instead of letting them go door to door. Still we had about 60 ish come by.

Was gonna be a dead cowboy. Had EVERYTHING but could NOT for the life of me find my Damned HAT! Had the oilskin duster. The period correct pants, boots, suspenders, shirt, a low ride gunslinger's holster with dummy 45 LC rounds and a dummy replica SAA (no need to risk my REAL SAAs for that crap). Got all zombified in makeup but could NOT find my hat. So I said screw it and ditched all that and just put on a Franciscan Monk's robe and called it a day. I'm the kinda guy that won't do an outfit if the most important part is missing.
