What's a New Pair of Air Jordans Worth?

Apparently your life if you decide to try to acquire them by armed robbery.

CINCINNATI — Police were studying mall surveillance video Tuesday in their investigation of the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old Ohio boy authorities say tried to rob a shopper in his quest to obtain popular, limited-edition athletic shoes.

Miami Township police said a man with a concealed weapon permit fired his gun after he and another man were accosted Saturday morning by three teens on a sidewalk outside the Dayton Mall. Police said one teen had showed a gun.

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Again, to ensure someone is held responsible for the tragic end of this young man's life, his two friends who were helping him with the robbery should be charged with murder, killing someone in the commission of a crime. Someone has to be held accountable.

    Isn't the offender dead already?

There were three thieves, one that had a gun. I would be surprised if they didn't know that one of them was armed, and probably all were, just one with a gun. They were all trying to steal as a team, someone was killed as a result of the robbery, sounds like murder to me. At the very least manslaughter.

They sure do in some states. Should be mandatory federally, and played as a informational ad in cities. Might wake up a few bangers that even if they don't pull the trigger if they are on seen they join the triggerman.

    O. J. didn't, but there was no one killed in his case.
