The sad thing is the primary part of the second amendment now reads: the right of the people to keep and bear arms that have barrels longer than 16 inches for rifles, and 18 inches for shotguns, not firing more than one round per trigger pull and if imported having no more than 10 imported parts, shall not be infringed, unless a federal agency changes their mind.
