Not sure I'd say its 'debunked'. Skin color? And they can tell the guys height in the video? How can they tell height THAT accuratly in that video. His manerisms, behavior are straight out of a convienence stiore in Ferguson MO. The hat looks spot on. They say he never 'lived' in Texas? So that debunks it? Like he couldn't have visited? Gone to Dallas for a weekend, or 3-4 days? I call serious bullshit on the idea that this has been 'debunked'. My gut says thats him. Same look, same attitude as displayed in the video from the gas station, looks seriously like the same hat from my memory. NO ONE wants to come out and say that this is really him. And, if it is, no one in his family will ever come forward and admit this is him. Would damage the image of the 'gentle giant, just out of high school, enrolling in college, in fact just starting tomorrow.....'
Plus, two years ago? Was he 6/3 then? Subhuman in the video looks like he could be 16 or 17 easily.

It doesn't really matter if it is Brown or not. It is a good example of the lack of respect far too many young people (not just blacks) have for others and their possessions.
