The head of Britain's Police Federation says all front-line officers need to be equipped with stun guns because of the rising terror threat.

Chairman Steve White told British news outlets Saturday that terrorists have turned to long-wolf style tactics that can bring terrorism to virtually any town or city.

Uh, what happens if a police officer comes up on a group of 5 or 6 terrorists?

Maybe they have semi-automatic stun guns that can pierce soft body armor?
