    Looking for a gunsmith.

    Any recommendations?

    I have a Yugo RPK kit and the correct milled receiver for it an while I was installing the barrel the tool broke. So now I have a partially pushed in barrel.
    I need an AK gunsmith that can remove the barrel without screwing up the receiver because I don't think you can get these anymore and then complete the build, without refinishing it.

    If anybody HERE can do this I will gladly pay you.

    It needs:
    * Removal of barrel and probably a clean up of any burrs.
    * Reinstallation of barrel/headspace, pin.
    * Trigger guard and mag catch installed.

    * Just all of the hard stuff.

    There's being able to do it, (skills) and being able to do it, (FFL license). If you keep a weapon for work over night you need the 01 FFL license. I sold my tooling but still have my 10 ton bottle jack press that is quite good about getting barrels in or out. I just don't have any riveting jigs left. Then there's the problem of you're in Maine and I'm in GA. No way for me to receive the receiver without breaking fed law.
