Dominate the SC? Except for Kenney who is frequently the swing vote the SC is evenly divided. As far as having control of the Congress, gee we've had the majority in the new Congress for what, 7 weeks? The Senate under Reid refused to do their job so no legislative reform was possible. The Republican lead Senate still doesn't have enough votes to over ride a veto. What exactly do you think they should have done so far and how are they supposed to have done it. Not sure if your post is sarcastic or just stupid, maybe both?
