No, they used a scary "task force" to help them find housing, jobs, sign them up for ESL courses.
You know, so they could integrate into the community without being an unbearable pain in the ass.
This is what actually stops you from having concentrated areas overrun by new immigrants.
It still to some degree happens, the Bosnians tended to disperse mainly in South City, but it's wasn't like house after house, block after block.

At the meetings, it was said that “immigrants need to be aware of benefits they are entitled to”.
The participants in the meeting also discussed the fact that these immigrants would not be interested in assimilating. They would “navigate not assimilate”.
Obama’s plan is to treat the “new Americans” as refugees as soon as amnesty is pushed through.
Refugees are given an allowance, housing, food, medical care, education, and an immediate pathway to citizenship.
The meeting participants also discussed the need to convince state and local officials to give no interest loans to the “refugees.”

First, the stuff you highlighted is what this lady says was said in this secret meeting that she supposedly overheard. Not exactly a reliable sounding source. And obviously far from an impartial one.
Second, you really think most illegals are "living the good life", they are mostly doing menial backbreaking shit work for crappy pay.
But all that aside, since this is what's happening...for now these folks are staying. Isn't it best the government tries to integrate them? Tries to make sure they aren't setting up squats wherever they can, trying to make sure they have access to learn English, and at the very least, know who they are, what they do, where they live and work?
No. It's best if the government enforced it's law and kept illegals OUT of the country.
Anyone who wants to immigrate to our Country can do so the same was IMMIGRANTS have been doing it for over two centuries.
My grandparents legally immigrated here from Europe. They seemed to manage just fine without "government". They became Amercians and assimilated into American culture. Their son almost got killed countless times defending our Country in WW-II (my dad).
