    Missed you guys...

Hi All, been a loooong time. Man, where to start.... some may recall, I was going through a very dark time in my life 3 years ago. Long story short, I had an unfaithful wife that was running around on me with multiple men, and without any specifics I'll just say the man she's with now is rather unsavory (Leviticus kinda stuff), she tried to steal my dental office, lots of parental alienation against me push my kids away from me, life was just awful and all I can say is I'm thankful for having the Lord in my life else I'd have probably killed myself.

Ya know, back when all this started... someone made a comment about how wound up and tight I was like this dude's gonna snap one day.... that really stuck with me, because he was right. I was wound pretty tight, uppity, etc... I was an A-hole sometimes, engaging my brain without thinking. But what I've learned from my therapist is that a lot of that was being an such an awful unloving marriage and home for so long that I almost had to be to literally exist and survive in that situation.

Anyway, before I left gunsnet for a sabatical... I had a lot of kind PM's and prayers. I really appreciate you all.

So, I've landed on my feet :-) My kids are doing well and we get along great, about 50/50 custody, my practice is doing well, the judge gave me the house/business/retirement/river property... all she got was child support. That sounds like a major win, it is, but I also got the debt too. And the best news for last, I got remarried Jan 3rd this year. This go around, I found a good Christian woman, someone that has the same family and life values as me.

I got on last night to put my FS-2000 up for sale and saw a few old familiar names and thought I'd check in just to let you all know that the Lord saw me through my wilderness, I'm doing okay. Thanks guys, Mark

Glad to hear you've come through this mess and it sounds like you're back on your feet and hitting the ground running. Congrats on your new bride and the way things turned out for you.

As I wrote in a different thread, great to see you back. Thanks for the update. I am sorry you had to go through that but also glad that things are looking up. Congrats on the new wife, you should bring her by GN and introduce her!

Good to see you back, Mark! I'm happy to see you've overcome a low period in your life and that you're back on your feet. Some people aren't fortunate enough to make it through such tough times, and it looks like you have triumphed through it all! God bless and stay strong.
