    My wife has the G42 and I'm a bit jealous. It needs high powered ammo with 185-200ft/lbs to cycle consistently...so no PMC crap.

    As far as that G43, the slim figure will feel better than the G26 brick for sure, and I'm pretty sure I will need one

    I had a G26 that I sold, one of the worst firearms related decisions of my life. The slimmer profile in the G43 looks pretty good though.

    Looking at the numbers for the dimensions, the G43 doesn't seem that impressive. However, it is a real eye-opener seeing it side-by-side next to a G26!

    Decisions... a single stack striker fired pistol is on my list. This is very tempting, but I will give it a bit of time and see how good it really is. My original choice was LC9S Pro - the regular LC9 I used to own was very easy to carry and shoot - I just wanted to stay with same operating mode as my other carry pistols and the safety was not part of that protocol.
