New Homeland Defense tool in box...

Actually went to a gun show this past weekend. It was mostly for social reasons - my two buddies wanted to go...

But as it turns out, I was the one to buy a gun. This was a very small show but soon after I started to make the rounds, I came across a Beretta M9 - something I've been carping for. This is a commercial M9 that shipped with two cali 10 round mags. It was listed as "on sale $599" but I asked the dealer if that was the best he could do - he checked his file and came back and said "$500". I said "sold". The outer paper box was quite worn but the pistol is brand new. The plastic gun box is new looking too. I checked the serial number on Beretta's sight and it was born in 2012.

The 10 round mags are for sale on gunbroker and I've got three 18 round factory mags on the way from CDNN for $19/pop.

I'm very happy with it. Haven't shot it yet - selling the 10 round mags as new, so don't want to use them... waiting for the 18 round mags to arrive. I'm sure it'll shoot like an M9 lol.

Check to see if it has the upgraded locking block. We had such a high failure rate with the old ones we had to take with us enough to replace 1/3rd of the fielded pistols. I personally had two shatter on me, one during a stress course run the other while teaching. It's just a beefed up part, quick drop in replacement.
