    New Mad Max movie

I'm interested in it for the interesting vehicles alone. Preview below. As an aside, why don't Youtube videos embed any more? Only a link shows up.

Click the little film real icon in the reply box, then paste the URL into the pop-up box and hit "ok".

Naw, using a laptop. It used to work but as of a month ago that's not the case.

Looks pretty kickass. I hope Mel G at least puts in a cameo.

Sadly it will probably have some element of political correctness.

Reminds me of Mad Max 2. Should be a lot of fun.

This will most likely be the only movie I will go see in the theater this year. Not a condemnation of the other stuff coming out, I just don’t pay to go to the movie that often. I like the old ones, and a friend of mine really wants to see this. I can normally wait for a movie to show up on one of the movie channels free previews that Dish Network does every couple months. It can suck though, just got C.A. The Winter Soldier this week.

Hoping its not too much over the top. Then again Mad Max is all about over the top....
When some wild-eyed, eight-foot-tall maniac grabs your neck, taps the back of your favorite head up against the barroom wall, and he looks you crooked in the eye and he asks you if ya paid your dues, you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye, and you remember what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like that: "Have ya paid your dues, Jack?" "Yessir, the check is in the mail." ----- Jack Burton 1986

Mad Max was about the apocalypse and people trying to get fuel for their vehicles.
They will probably spin this off as a global warming thing and people are fighting for the last drops of fuel.

I bet we get a narrator that tells us about the evils of fossil fuels at the beginning of the film.

I remember taking the wife, my then girlfriend, to the drive-in to see the first Mad Max movie. Good times.
