ehhh, not all countries are as pussified as the us has become. am i going to go to the range with strangers and do this?? fuck no. but if i was training in a tight group of close friends tht i knew and trusted, and my job involved it (ie, military, swat, ect) i could see it.

someone needs to post that video of the guy at russian spetnaz training where they shoot the guy in the chest then have him return fire to a target next to the first shooters head.

If you have any experience in the far East Asian AOR this should not come as a surprise. It's all stupid stuff for show that they practice over and over just to look like bad asses, change one thing and the whole act falls apart. No US military unit at any level does anything this stupid.

I want to say this was in Taiwan and the story involved one of the Range [lack of] Safety Officers getting shot in the arm during one of these drills. As Sheeple said, this garbage is all for show.
