They passed a bill in VA last month that would allow possession and carry of a switchblade but then for some reason they took another vote the very next day and killed it. Our current law is just stupid. Basically it reads that you cannot sell, barter or trade a switchblade and carrying one is considered intent to sell, barter or trade therefore carry is illegal. I carry a knife to use not sell, barter or trade. What a crock.
