Liberals love flowers. It fits in with their Utopian dreams...you know, flowers and butterflies everywhere where they walk through flowing fields of grass and gaze out, through crystal clear skies, onto the verdant, green forests and snow-capped mountains in the distance, and hear gurgling streams winding down from the hills and smell sweet lake water where fish jump for joy, and children are laughing and singing while holding hands and dancing in circles, while celestial music plays in the background. Ah, so sweet.
As long as flowers remind them of this, it's okay if part of the environment is used to produce them. It's worth it.
