Who is the dealer?

When talking about ffl's is the ffl the dealer? Working out the paperwork on the 63D
and on the form from Impact it ask for the Dealer Co. Name is this the ffl I am going to use?
He is an independent and things are shipped to his home.

Yes your dealer is your FFL holder. If they sell firearms they are an 01 FFL. These can sell all things other than NFA weapons; machineguns, SBR, Sawed Off Shotguns, silencers, etc. Your Dealer's FFL license needs to be on file with the people you're buying the AK from or they won't ship to them.
