Like making it illegal for crazy people to have firearms? Or maybe keeping violent felons from having firearms? Oh, wait, we already do that. This means that she wants to prohibit law abiding people from having firearms. Doesn't sound like she respects the Second Amendment at all.

Father gives crazy son a pistol, it is the fault of honest gun owners.

Crazy son kills mother and steals her firearms, again, blame the honest gun owners.

Proving once again how brain dead some democrats are. And there are republicans guilty as well.

Too bad Mrs Clinton felt the same way about guns when it came to protecting our people in Libya!

Damn, she's right. We don't need a second appendix. No one needs one of those. What's wrong with everyone? It's pretty simple...if everyone had a second appendix, then everyone would be in trouble. We do need a "common sense" approach to this issue.

Our bodies wouldn't function properly. Our kids would grow up deformed and can you imagine if you had appendicitis in both appendices at the same time? Damn, that would hurt. And if they both ruptured, you'd be twice as dead.

I agree with Clinton on this one. We don't need no stinking second appendix.

It's time we had sensible talk about that evil second appendix.

Repeal the Second Appendix and be done with it all. I stand with her on this issue. I don't want a second appendix....period.

Sure, here is a common sense approach. 99 times out of 100 these acts are committed by weirdos that have been weirdos for a long time. Everyone knew they were freaks but no one did anything about it. Put a better system in place for getting these people help before they kill someone. This shooting was not about race, not about access to guns, it was about a freak who went off the deep end, period. Stop with pushing to punish the law abiding people and focus on those who commit the crimes. Now you can't punish people who haven't committed a crime yet and therefore you will always have some risk, that is the price of living in a free society.

To a liberal, "common sense" means, "ban."

To a conservative, "common sense" means, " personal responsibility."

The problem is liberals, the same people who want to repeal the Second Amendment or, if that is not possible, just ignore it all together, are the same ones who fought to make it almost impossible for the mentally ill to get help unless they specifically ask for it. While I know they did not plan this, it is sure working like they did.

Actually it turns out the parents gave the killer money for his birthday and it went an purchased the firearm on it's own. He passed the NICS background check, probably because the pending charges hand not yet been tried.

This goes down to the very root of liberal ideology; refusing to hold anyone accountable for their actions. It's the guns fault, it's the confederate flag's fault, it's society's fault, it's his parent's fault, etc.

Only a liberal lawyer/politician can say it is common sense to restrict a right that shall not be infringed and keep a straight face. Only people who are not thinking logically can believe them. Either they are very smart people who have set aside logic for emotions or they are not very bright. Either way, they are being deceived.
