If SCOTUS forces states to recognize other states gay marriages. . .

Does that provide the road for making states recognize other states CHLs?

    Good question.

All states recognize drivers licenses from all other states already. We are required a drivers license as a way of taxing and controlling us. There is a supreme law of the land already on the books to provide us with the right to transport a firearm where ever we go. The right of the people to keep and bear arms as controlled by the individual states and only within that state is not part of the constitution.

It is time we had a federal law mandating the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Oh wait, I seem to remember reading something like that somewhere...

There's Federal Law on the books guaranteeing a citizens right to transport guns through all states.

New York and New Jersey routinely ignore that law and arrest and harass citizens passing through.

With the great nationwide push to end many gun controls, I would imagine there will sooner or later be a push through the courts to force other states and cities to respect CCW and transport.
This will take some time due to the snail's pace of the courts.

The problem with FOPA '86 is there are no enforcement mechanisms attached to it. It was written in a manner that basically depnded on the good will of the states to follow it. Obviously corrupt socialist schittholes like the majority of the northeast can not only ignore it without consequence, they can persecute lawful gun owners following the law to make an example out of them.
Usually sufferers of paraphilic infantilism are proud of their condition. Kinda like being a liberal. Your mental flaws are there for the entire world to see, and you're damned proud of it. - tank_monkey
