Armed career criminals could see less prison time, says SCOTUS ruling
After today, it's all historical.
If only they would state that armed career criminals will serve less prison time because of immediate execution after being found guilty of ______ (fill in a number under 10) offenses.
So, in this case the SCOTUS says that Congress passed a law that was not worded well and as such cannot be followed but in the case of the ACA the SCOTUS rewords the poorly worded ACA to bring it into compliance. I guess we see where their loyalties are, and they are not with the Constitution.
