So Representative Van Hollen wants to provide for national licensing to buy a handgun. I am sure he would be willing to support national right to carry as well as both will be directed by the federal government.

Trying to figure out how this fits into "shall not be infringed". At what point do unRepresentatives who stomp on the constitution get charged with treason against the people? And in that line, Supreme Court Justices who make law? And the executive branch wannabee king who also makes laws?
