One of the nice things about living in Indiana is that our past couple of governors have told King Barack to go to hell. We are a very pro-second amendment state, and a very coal based economy.
Indiana has had a history of telling presidents off. We were the last state to succumb to Richard Nixon's 55 mph speed limit, and that was only after federal threats of nasty stuff. We currently told them to go to heck with common core, and threatened not to abide by the now defunct EPA unconstitutional coal plant rules. We have also taken the second amendment as far as the fed allows, being blackmailed by the 1934 NFA and the unconstitutional 1968 GCA.
